The GCC AI Maturity Study by nasscom, Zinnov and Tiger Analytics finds that 70% of assessed GCCs have an AI roadmap or charter. Only 34% have dedicated AI leaders. And 43% have no dedicated GCC AI budget.
The gap continues into delivery
Across reported GenAI and agentic AI use cases, 63% remain at ideation or proof of concept. Just 17% are in production or monetisation.
