GCC as a service

GCCs are poised for massive growth in the next few years – Covid has accelerated digital transformation in India by 1-3 years, and hence GCCs have transitioned from being cost drivers to strategic business enablers and value creators. India, once known as the home of low-cost delivery centers, is now fast emerging as the land of ‘innovation and capability centers’ and COEs for advanced digital capabilities. Nivasoft GCCAAS offer “plug- and- play” solutions to enable companies set up their GCC, drive innovation, scale new capabilities, access global talent and markets. GCOE Model

The accelerator model enables a frictionless journey towards building a GCoE, all the way to on-ground
implementation and operations in a rapid and cost-effective manner. It is a one-stop solution for companies to build and rapidly scale their global delivery presence in a global talent hotspot.

GCOE Model

The BOT model enables an enterprise to establish a Tech COE with a partner and leverage their expertise in establishing the necessary governance and structure of the COE. The partner sets up the enterprise’s onshore/offshore Automation COE team, brings it up to a fully operational level, and then transfers the team and knowledge base to the enterprise after a certain amount of time.
